How to buy
Add the desired products to the cart and follow the purchase procedure.
Payment methods: Paypal, American Express, VISA, Mastercard
Once the purchase is completed with the chosen payment method, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders have a management time of 1 or 2 working days from the time of purchase (unless otherwise indicated), within which they will be entrusted to the courier.
The goods will be shipped once the transfer amount is in actual currency at our branch.

Shipping and delivery
The purchased goods will be shipped according to the times shown in the product sheet.
Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method (Standard or Express) and may vary from the country of destination from a minimum of 3 days to a maximum of 20 days.
Upon non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the courier proceeds with a second attempt the next working day. Subsequently, the goods are placed in storage at the nearest office, where it will be possible to collect them by presenting the notice left by the carrier
Please note you will be responsible for ALL Customs Fees and Duty Taxes that your country charges. To inquire about these costs, please contact your local delivery service or customs department
For shipping purchases to non-EU countries we usually use two international couriers: UPS and FEDEX which are the most reliable and serious.
We remind you that upon receipt of your trophy you will be asked to pay customs duties with the addition of the taxes required by your country.
We therefore ask you to inquire with the customs authorities.
Any refusal on your part to comply with these tax obligations will entail costs on our part for the return to the sender. These costs will be deducted from your refund
Returns, right of withdrawal and refunds
If you decide you want to cancel an order that has already been placed, you can do so only if the order has not yet been delivered to the courier.
It is possible to return one or more products for reasoned change within 14 days from the date of receipt. First, send an email to [email protected] to notify us of your intention to return, specifying the reasons for the decision and indicating how to receive the refund (bank transfer, PayPal account).
To obtain a refund, the products must be shipped sealed and in perfect condition. We do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used or removed from the original packaging.
We recommend that you carefully pack returns and ship them in a cardboard box with the necessary protections inside, to the following address:

Shipping costs for returns will be charged to the customer and non-refundable.
To have the traceability of the shipment we strongly recommend entrusting the return to a courier or sending it by registered mail.
We will not issue refunds without return or sent back by unsafe and untraceable methods.
When an order paid and not yet shipped is canceled, or when one or more returned products will reach us again and the refund will be approved, we will proceed to re-credit the customer according to the method indicated within a few days followed by a credit note via e-mail.
Shipping costs incurred for the purchase and those for returning to the sender including customs clearance costs and any duties are excluded from the refund.
Orders totally canceled and not yet shipped will be fully refunded.

- Prices include taxes.
Gingershoponline is not responsible for any other taxes due in countries other than Italy and will pay those directly to the recipient country in Europe via the OSS regime
- Made-to-order and custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Shipping costs incurred for the purchase and any taxes and customs duties are excluded from the refund.
