Hand painted Deruta Ceramic Christmas Ball - LUSTRO FEATHER 

The ancient technique of metallic reflections in third fire, called del Lustro, is used here with peacock feathers, recreating the sixteenth-century atmosphere of glazed ceramics. Difficult to perform technically, this decoration requires many steps and three firings to give life to the iridescent color. 

Completely hand painted, it is produced in a very limited number of copies
